When you submit an enquiry, request a viewing, apply for a role, book a stay or subscribe to updates, we collect the details you provide: name, email address, phone number, preferred dates and your message. Tenants using the portal also see their lease, invoice and request data, which we hold to deliver property-management services.

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, arrange viewings and bookings, process applications, provide tenant services and — only if you subscribed — send occasional property updates. We do not sell personal data.

Data is shared only with our staff and the service providers that run our systems (hosting, authentication, communications), under confidentiality obligations, and with authorities where UAE law requires it.

We keep enquiry data while it is relevant to serving you and as required for legal and accounting purposes, then delete or anonymise it. Access is restricted and traffic to our systems is encrypted.

You can ask us to correct or delete your details, or unsubscribe from updates at any time: email info@middle-world.ae from the address you used and we will action it promptly.
