You may browse listings, submit enquiries, request viewings and book short stays for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or scrape listing data at scale.

Listing details (prices, availability, sizes, photos) are provided in good faith and reviewed before publication, but they are indicative and may change or be withdrawn without notice. A listing is an invitation to enquire, not a contractual offer. Final terms are set out in the tenancy contract or sale agreement you sign.

Submitting an enquiry or viewing request does not reserve a property. Short-stay bookings are confirmed only when our team contacts you and payment is arranged; until then a booking request may be declined or the dates released.

Portal access is for current tenants and owners. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used in breach of these terms.

To the extent permitted by UAE law, Middle World is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of this website, including reliance on listing information that later changes. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
